Franciscan Healthcare: Eugene L. Sucha Scholarship

The Medical Staff of Franciscan Healthcare and the Franciscan Healthcare Foundation will award four - $1,000 scholarships. The scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate high academic achievement, community service, leadership, religious participation, and demonstration of high personal character. Students will be required to complete an application and have two references with completed forms submitted. The scholarship application and reference forms can be found at the links below:
