Daily Prayer Encouraged

For 135 years we have educated children inside these walls. And, although our doors may be closed, our hearts and minds are open. The faculty and staff are working beyond these walls to educate and inspire the hearts and minds of each GACC student.
Every school day over the last two years, the entire school has paused midday - in the midst of whatever class or activity or conversation in which we were engaged - to reflect silently on the day, give thanks for our blessings, ask forgiveness for the ways we've missed the mark and invite God to walk beside us and guide us in the hours ahead.
As a way to stay connected during this unusual time, we invite everyone - including all students, families, staff and alumni - to pause each day at 3pm to unite in prayer for each other, our school community and the world. Together we will get through this with faith, not fear.
